This building concept focuses on young parents who have busy schedules. For the working individuals there are conference rooms. For children and toddlers there is a daycare center. For break time or lounging there is a dining area with a kitchenette and sofa area with a café that has seating area as well. These spaces would be best for young adults or teens who will be coming to work with their parents. Finally, we have a private library and mini spa area to get away from all the noise and serve as a private space on this floor. The ground floor and second floor are shown here.
